While T’Anna Mari restaurant has proved to be a success story, it is not the end but the beginning of a journey. Salvatore always saw the restaurant as a first step in a larger picture. Part of a plan to share his passion for quality ingredients, artisanal produce, special cooking methods and healthy eating.
The bigger goal is to educate and teach the importance of the concept that “we are what we eat”. The special slow food evenings organised, the Italian Taste Events and plans for an Italian Cuisine Academy, are all part of this process to share his belief in bringing back the genuine aspects of healthy eating.
